Through various acts, you will walk on the history trail of hawkers, explore local cuisine through music and learn about the wide variety of food spices. The top 3 favourite local dishes voted by audience last year is composed into a music piece by Eric Watson. Hear how roti prata, nanyang breakfast and hainanese chicken rice get illustrated through music! Join Ah De and Jing Suka on their musical food journey and experience all kinds of food flavor at this feast of Chinese music!
