Ling Bo and Hu Chin will perform an excerpt from The Kingdom and The Beauty in Lady of Heaven Scatters Flower, excerpts from The Seventh Fairy in Encounter with the Fairy, Wedding Proposal, Sewing by the Fairy, Thanking the Matchmaker and Lovers singing a duet and excerpts from The Butterfly Lovers in Yuan Shan Han Xiao, Visiting Yingtai and Reunion at the Pavilion.
Internationally famous singers Ling Bo and Hu Chin will perform with SCO! This famous Huangmei superstar duo will sing their famous Huangmei tunes Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai (梁山伯与祝英台) , classic hits from then-Shaw Brothers’ famous movie The Kingdom and The Beauty (江山美人) and The Seventh Fairy (七仙女) and more. SCO’s young erhu musicians Qin Zi Jing and Li Yu Long will also perform the first movement from The Seventh Fairy Maiden Fantasia (天仙配幻想曲): From Heaven to Earth (下凡). Together with festive pieces, this concert is definitely not to be missed!
