  • Market spaces within Singapore Conference Hall (SCH) to potential customers and coordinate the booking of spaces
  • Manage and coordinate hirers’ bookings and requests during their events
  • Have an excellent knowledge of the venue and provide site information to clients and other stakeholders
  • Manage the invoicing process for hirers’ bookings
  • Manage a team of ushers and their work schedule
  • Perform concert duties during Singapore Chinese Orchestra and hirers’ events/concerts
  • Complete operations administration function as required
  • Develop SCH venue rental package kit
  • Report to the Head of Facilities
  • Assist to ensure smooth operations in Singapore Conference Hall
  • Ensure compliance with building statutory requirements and liaison with government authorities
  •  Manage tenancy leases, fitting out and reinstatement works
  • Procure, liaise and oversee service vendors like cleaning, security, landscape and M&E etc to ensure they perform to contract requirement
  • Manage complaints and feedback related to maintenance
  • Prepare and implement operations and maintenance manual and standard operating procedures
  • Assist to forecast and control of annual budget for building related operating and capital expenses
  • Assist Venue Marketing Department for site show-round and perform event duties as and when necessary
