SCO’s sheng musician Zhong Zhi Yue and zhongruan musician Han Ying are not just musicians, they also compose. In this concert, this husband-and-wife pair will present the best works of the sheng, zhongruan and guqin including Tan Dun’s Song of the Yue People, Xu Chang Jun’s Sword Dance and Xu Chao Ming’s Sing a Bumper Harvest with Lusheng. They will also showcase their own compositions in this concert.
